Receiving and Installation Instructions

Cutting Room

Each yard is inspected prior to shipment from Ultrafabrics, LLC to ensure that only first quality products are sent to our customers. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment prior to cutting. Please follow the steps below prior to cutting fabric:

1. Please check and verify color and quantity of material.
2. Verify that all product specifications and testing have been
    satisfactorily completed.
3. You are 100% satisfied with the items you’ve received.

Returns can only be made with a Return Authorization Number. Material must be returned in the original packaging or comparable box. This is to ensure that the merchandise is not damaged in transit to our warehouse. Please contact your salesperson or the Ultrafabrics, LLC Customer Service Department at

No allowances can be made for damages or discrepancies after the fabric has been cut.
