Designers, specifiers and manufacturers in the trade may use this form to obtain product brochures and samples, as well as to direct any business inquiries to us.

All materials will be shipped by United States Postal Service. If you wish to receive your samples other than by USPS, please provide us with your shipping carrier, your account number, and the time frame in which you would like to receive your request (overnight am or pm, 2nd day, 3rd day etc.) Please be sure to provide your Fed Ex, UPS, etc. account number at the time you make your request.

  • With your sample request, we require the seven digit item number (i.e. 303-2702), which can be found under the Products section (under swatches.) This number indicates both the product/color and is required with each requested swatch

  • The Specification section provides information about the intended use and specifications for each product
